Having worked in guest-facing roles in prestigious Five Red Star establishments she is uniquely qualified to bring that wealth of knowledge to elevate and offer a friendly, helpful, high-quality experience to all guests and visitors. Current Role & Contributions: As a Guest Relations Executive, my main goal is to ensure that the guest experience is our top priority. This means that every guest receives prompt, professional friendly attention and personalised service from pre-arrival to check-out and everything in between. Focus Areas: Ultimately, I strive to make every guest feel so welcome and satisfied that they will want to return to the NEPC again in the future. Goal: My goal is to provide a warm, unique service and hospitality that creates unforgettable experiences and exceeds expectations from the moment our guests arrive until they depart. “Gaming has come so far in the last decade or so, going from strength to strength.
