Expertise & Background: I have been a Night Duty Manager and Manager in hotels in the region for over 5 years and always had excellent feedback from customers from their stay while I have been on duty.

Current Role & Contributions: Night Guest Relations Executive. I manage the place at Night for the gamers. It contributes to keeping the building safe and clean.

Focus Areas: My focus at British Esports is always to make the gamers happy while they stay here.

Goal: My goal at British Esports in the future is to come off nights and go onto days to delight the gamers even more.
