Diversity, equity and inclusion in esports, committed to empowering marginalized genders and breaking down barriers.
We believe that every individual, regardless of their gender, deserves the opportunity to succeed and thrive in the esports industry. We recognise that the industry has historically been male-dominated and that women and marginalised genders have faced systemic barriers to entry and advancement.
We refuse to accept this status quo.
We are committed to creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive esports industry. We believe that diversity and inclusivity are essential for driving innovation, creativity, and success. We are dedicated to empowering women and marginalised genders to achieve their full potential in esports, and to inspiring more individuals to participate in all aspects of the industry.
We are united in our passion for esports and our commitment to equality.
We believe that everyone should have access to education, mentorship, and networking opportunities that can help them succeed in esports. We are committed to working closely with industry stakeholders to promote diversity and inclusivity and to break down systemic barriers that prevent women and marginalised genders from fully participating in esports.

As experts in diversity, equity and inclusion, we consider it our responsibility to share our knowledge and insights with key stakeholders in esports, to help encourage positive change and foster a more diverse and inclusive environment.
