Expertise & Background: Built on a background of hospitality and customer service, Alice’s expertise focuses on the background operations and logistics behind projects and events.

Current Role & Contributions: As Head of Operations at British Esports Alice leads on any tournament, pilots, and events for the company. One of the key projects Alice has developed throughout her time at British Esports is the Student Champs. Alice also is a co-creator of the Women in Esports initiative and helps the team to lead on this to ensure esports is accessible and inclusive for all.

Focus Areas: Alice’s focus areas for her role include the Student Champs, Global Esports Games and National Representation, and any tournaments, pilots, and events for the company nationwide. Alice also focuses on any project logistics and general Company operations, policies and procedures.

Goal: Alice’s goal is to provide opportunity for anyone to engage in esports at any level.
