Billie joined British Esports in May 2022 to spearhead the Women in Esports initiative, established 2019 to promote and raise awareness of diversity and inclusivity in esports.

Billie now works as Project Development Lead at the British Esports Federation, developing projects and initiatives focused on equity, diversity and inclusivity.

Coming from a sport and fitness background, Billie’s first years in esports covered various roles from event management to social and community engagement.

Passionate about making esports accessible to all, and further promoting diversity and equal opportunity in the digital, creative and sporting sectors, Billie is also an advisory board member for Everything in Sport: Women’s Edition.
