Current Role and Contributions: As Commercial Vice President, Stephen leads marketing across British Esports, the National Esports Performance Campus, The Place commercial facilities and our Arena opening in 2026. He also directs our commercial strategy, oversees the expanding business development team and drives sponsorship and partnership growth.

Focus Areas: Alongside his commercial remit, Stephen is passionate about the learning and career pathways that gaming and esports create. As a father with children approaching key education decisions, he sees the value these opportunities can offer.

“I am excited to strengthen our work with Sunderland College and explore new ways to open doors for young people through our operations,” Stephen says.

Goal: “My goal is simple,” he adds. “Contribute to the team and help grow the organisation so we can provide more opportunities for young adults. I want to give them meaningful experiences that prepare them for their next step in life, whether that be in education, employment or to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity.”

If their life was a movie title: A 007 classic. Sophisticated, ready for a challenge even when the odds are high and hopefully a touch handsome too.
