Dave Martin is a seasoned leader with a diverse background spanning esports, education, investment, and policy.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of British Esports, Dave brings extensive experience and expertise to the national federation.

In addition to his role at British Esports, Dave holds the position of CEO at Esports Global, an investment and consultancy firm specialising in esports, and serves as a Strategic Advisor to FINTECH Circle.

He also serves as a part-time Director at Resolve Esports and was formerly co-owner of the London Royal Ravens Call of Duty franchise, further showcasing his multifaceted involvement in the esports industry.

With over two decades of experience advising the esports and education sectors, Dave has worked closely with government bodies, professional institutions, and employers both in the UK and internationally.

At British Esports, Dave serves as the Senior Vice President, leveraging his extensive expertise to cultivate relationships with key strategic partners, policymakers, esports organisations, and policy makers. His responsibilities span various areas, including Education, International Relations, Research & Innovation, Strategy & Development, Policy & Standards, Stakeholder Engagement, Relationship Management, Safeguarding, Coaching, and Special Projects.

In 2017, Dave co-founded an international EdTech company aimed at enhancing skills for global projects such as the China Belt and Road initiative.

A seasoned entrepreneur who has launched multiple businesses in education, technology, and esports, Dave has been instrumental in the development of key projects within the federation, including the National Esports Performance Campus and the Commonwealth Esports Championships.

Dave’s dedication and impact within British Esports underscore his commitment to the esports sector and have been a primary driver for the growth of esports and education throughout the UK.
