Luke “iuKeEe” Dainton, British Esports Association’s Overwatch adviser and coach for Ex-Cyclone, has seen his team pick up victory after victory of late. On the weekend they qualified for the TakeTV Takeover 2 tournament, which takes place at the TaKeTV studios in Krefeld, Germany from June 1st to 4th. The tournament will feature eight Overwatch teams and a $50,000 prize pool. Ex-Cyclone qualified without dropping a map. Ex-Cyclone has a mix of European players, including British player Isaac “Boombox” Charles as well as manager Callum “Showerg3l” Booth. You can see their full roster here. In other Overwatch news, Stylosa, numlocked and Kruise have formed the UK committee for the Overwatch World Cup, and will select the UK team that takes part in the tournament.
