Game Overview / Synopsis

Apex Legends is a free-to-play battle royale game developed by Respawn Entertainment, available to play on Xbox, Playstation 4 and Xbox One.

Since its launch in early 2019, Apex Legends has attracted a lot of attention from big streamers like Ninja and Tim the Tatman across Twitch. The game has a similar play style to its battle royale competitors like PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, H1Z1 and Fortnite, where the aim is to be the last player standing, and has accessible gameplay for mainstream audiences.

Players choose from a line-up of outlaws, soldiers, misfits, and misanthropes, each with their own set of skills.

They can join forces with other players, combining skills to form a squad and take part in 60-player matches.

There are Respawn Beacons which can be used to resurrect teammates, Smart Comms to help you communicate, Intelligent Inventory so you can grab only what you need, and an all-new way to drop into the action with Jumpmaster deployment.
