Expertise & Background: Dave Martin is a seasoned leader with a background spanning esports, fintech, education and investment. Whilst volunteering at British Esports Dave is the CEO at Esports Global, an investment firm specialising in esports. He also serves as an advisor to Resolve Esports and was formerly co-founder of the London Royal Ravens Call of Duty franchise, further showcasing his multifaceted involvement in the esports industry.

Current Role & Contributions: As Senior Vice President my role is to ensure that the federation has the right team, assets and finances it needs to deliver on its core objectives.

Focus Areas: Day to day operations including strategy, finance, policy and the roll out of our National Esports Performance Campus.

Goal: To create a world leading sustainable federation that is as accessible and inclusive as possible.
