Global Esports Games 2021 - Dota 2 All-Women's team recruitment
The Global Esports Games, held each year in December, will convene the world in a celebration of esports, virtual sport, music and entertainment. The GEG will feature teams from across the world participating in competitions and active esports.
This years Global Esports Games will take place in Singapore in December 2021, which will see esports teams from more than 80 countries and territories compete for pride and glory. It’s a medal event where the winning team will become global Champions.
The titles confirmed for 2021 are Street Fighter V, DOTA 2, DOTA 2 All-Women and eFootball PES 2021.
Following the title announcement, the British Esports Association, their Women in Esports initiative and DOTA Valkyries have partnered up for the team selection for the female Dota 2 tournament.
The female team will be put together to take part in the global qualifiers in October 2021 where the top 4 teams secure their place to attend the live event in Singapore in December.

Team criteria:
- 4.5k MMR and Above
- Own a UK Passport
- Has received both COVID vaccinations (travel requirements)
- Are willing to travel to Singapore if the team qualify for the main event in December 2021
